Summer Celebration t-shirt designs are in!!!!
Here's your chance to comment and let us know what you think before we send them off the the printer. There are a few designs here and color options.
Volunteers, please be sure to let me know what color you like best. I'm not sure what color to make your shirts yet.

I like the big green hand best
I'm thinking that the kids and volunteers will have the same shirt design. The only difference will be that the volunteers will have their own color.
What do you think?

I like all the designs, but I don't care for red. Any other of the colors are cool, though.
Design-wise, I like the 7th one for the front and maybe the 8th design on the back. Blue & Yellow would be the best colors ;)

i like the orange, yellow, green, and red vertical summer celebration top right 07 shirts for the kids...and the volunteers be the light blue..not liking the hand all that much...sorry guys
I like the sixth one the best for the front and either orange or blue for the colors and the hand print on the back of the shirt
i agree w/ andi on design- O7, not hand.
yellow doesn't look good on everyone--especially pale-skinned blondes-- let's go for orange or green volunteer shirts!
Shirts should be ambiguous from team color. If we do green or orange... I may just have to redye mine blue. :) I like the green hand shirt alot. It's simple and fun and there are great spaces for signing stuff. Brown and yellow are a good color combination.. like the Voice shirts. I still like the idea of a grey gradient.

I say go with orange or green for the volunteers, with the vertical 'Summer Celebration' and the 07. Please don't have a pale color like light blue or yellow. I don't really care what color the kids get.
I like the blue one a LOT! the design and the color! the hand print reminds me too much of Lord of the Rings...sorry!
We like the turquoise blue color and design!
We're not too crazy about the hand print ones - looks too preschoolish.
My favorite is the turquiose one!

I think you should give a shirt to the team color. like if you were on Galatians you would have a red shirt.

I think that the 6th should be the front with maybe the 7th on the back but smaller. Or if only one then it should be the 6th alone. Orange is the best!

what about the Summer Celebration logo down the front with like the mini hand with SC '07 in it on back. that way it is simple but still really fun.
I don't really like the baby yellow and blue. What if we did that neon yellow that the kids had two years ago?

the blue one is the best... by far... hehe ;) i also like the green one as well... for the Volunteers i was thinking like a black or a navy blue... i think that would work best.. it would be alot different from the kids ones!!

I like the #7 shirt the best. What if in the hand, instead of having it say SC, it had 07 in it? I think having it say SC is slightly repetitive due to the fact that the shirt already says Summer Celebration… I think that we don't want to have the volunteers in dark shirts, because they are really hot in the sun! I wouldn't do a pale color either... what about a lime green or orange... These are great designs!

To be able to easily tell the volunteers apart from the kids, (I'm thinking mostly of the parents here) I think there would have to be just two shirt designs.
I think we should do orange for the kids and green for the volunteers.
Vertical SC07 with a SMALL hand on the back.

i think the helpers and the kids shirts for each team should be the same color just make the helpers shirts darker or lighter. OR MAKE THE
GIRL VOLUNTEERS SHIRTS PINK :)

I like the big hand...very creative and modern looking.
One REALLY BIG thing though. Will the hand be made of the stuff that feels like ironed on plastic. Shirts that have a huge design made out of that material DO NOT BREATH AT ALL. Mike, even the sprouts shirts with the green circle are annoying sometimes. If we get shirts that have a design all across the front it will feel sort of like wearing a plastic bag. :) (okay, not really...but close)
Anyway, can we keep that in mind while choosing shirts. That said, the big hand is by far the best design. Is there any way we can get it made out of some breathable material though?

I like the 3rd one, but in pink!! Pink is the absolute best color ever. It would look good with black letters, but I don't think that guys would like that very much tho. :-(

I think that we should have: red, blue, green, and yellow for the kids. And we can have grey...? also if we could have lighter colored shirts, that would be nice, because -
1. it's cool (temperature wise)
2. we can sign the t-shirts at the end of the camp...
And one more thing. can we have the font that is printed on the shirt to be a lighter color of the shirt? Like, the green shirt can have a lime green logo thing. just a thought...
Oh, also...
You might want to get a few shirts early so that you can wash them and make sure the lettering/hand doesn't wash off.
I know this happened with the Sprouts shirts, and it would be pretty unfortunate if we found that out the first day of SC, as we would not then have time to re-order.
i'm liking the idea of pink volunteer shirts for the girls with the blak letters...the guys could have something different...that would be so cool..and for the kids i think the most favored colors are red, blue, green, and yellow..very cool!
Yeah, I don't much like the big hand. As someone else mentioned, it reminds me too much of the Uruk-Hai.
I agree with you Anna; that does remind me of the Urak-Hai.
But I sorta like the big hand... if it were on the back.

I think that we should have orange yellow or green for the helpers and i think blue would be good for the kids with summer celebration '07 going vertically and the handprint on the back I also like the idea of having the lettering a lighter color then the shirt :)
Sorry Chris, but Thor would seriously object. Besides, I would seriously not wear a really pink shirt.
Just to be accurate (even though it really doesn't matter to anyone but me...), Saruman's sign in the book was a white "S", not a white hand. Granted, the white hand looks much cooler...
I like the design of the first 3. But shouldn't the volunteers have different colored shirts than the kids?? Or maybe we shouls have the same...
